Getting Started

Create an Account

  1. Go to pace.sport
  2. Click “Register” and choose Organizer account
  3. Let us know who you are by filling the required information.
    • Username and password are for using PACE. They are not visible to other users.
    • Company name is shown as the organizer for your events.
    • Company home country will be used e.g. for taxation.

4. Contact Person is the one whom to we”ll send all reports and updates from PACE.


Explore Your Profile

This is the starting place for you to manage you events and actions. When you are logged in, you can enter profile page by clicking the icon or username in the top-right corner.

  1. Create new events.
  2. Manage your settings.
  3. Add bank details to collect payments.
  4. Find and create reports on registrations to your events.

This is also the place where you can manage published events and drafts.


Create Event

  1. Event information
    • Upload cover image
    • Event details
    • Which distances / starts you have in the event
    • Participant groups
  2. Registration information
    • Are you accepting registrations in PACE
    • Do you have price stages
    • Price may be different for each participant group
    • You can have limit for amount of participants
  3. Registration Form
    • What information you want to collect from participants: name, email, address, sports club…
    • Any additional items for athletes to upgrade their experience: food after race, t-shirt…
    • You can add custom fields to be filled by athletes

Collect payments

Add you company and bank information to receive payments.

Price for registration service is 1 € + 4 % per transaction (VAT not included). No setup fees, you pay only when athlete registers to your event.

Adding your events to the event calendar without registration service is totally free.
