This Privacy Policy is applicable to all services provided under PACE or PACE Sport brand. Information collected from users forms PACE User and Information Knowledgebase.
2. Use of information
We collect information from companies and users of our services to:
-Provide required personal details for attending events
-Display public start lists for events
-Contact person related to the services they have purchased in PACE platform
-Internal business development by understanding our customers
-Better customer experience with personally customized content
3. Collecting information
We collect name, email, gender, birthdate, address and other information you provide through PACE. Event and service provides may ask for more detailed personal information to provide their service, which will be stored under this Privacy Policy. We use cookies to collect use behavior information.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third parties to support our business operations, e.g. to marketing agencies. Personal data may be transferred upon in case of corporate merge, acquisition, reorganization or similar event.
Data may be shared for law enforcement officials or governmental use upon request, and required by the law.
5. User Rights
You have right to:
-request to view your personal data
-request that we correct or delete personal data
-cancel approval sharing personal data, in case when permission is based on acceptance from user
-request limitation to sharing personal data
-get personal data in machine readable form
Request should be submitted by email to hello@pace.sport. We will provide the information within 1 month of receiving the request, unless there is an admissible reason to extent the timeframe.
6. Storing information
All information is stored within European Union area. The data is protected according to industry standards.
Data is stored only as long as it is needed for our business operations. However, data may be stored in backups and archives for legal, taxation and accounting purposes after deleting personal data from active use.
